Refund policy

1. Reporting Issues (The 48-Hour Rule)

  • Deadline: You must report any damages, missing items, or discrepancies within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Mandatory Video: To process any claim, you must provide an unboxing video. This is required by our courier partners to verify the condition of the parcel upon arrival.

  • Quality Concerns: If the product does not meet your expectations based on the website description, please notify us within 24 hours.

2. Returns & Conditions

  • Eligibility: Products must be in original condition (unused, unwashed, and undamaged) with all original packaging, tags, and invoices included.

  • Custom Products: Orders for custom-printed items cannot be canceled or returned once production begins.

  • Exchanges: If you ordered the wrong item, you are responsible for both the return shipping and the new shipping charges.

3. Shipping & Rejections

  • Return Shipping: Costs are covered by the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).

  • Rejected Parcels: If you refuse delivery of a dispatched parcel, a deduction will be made from your refund:

    • 2x Shipping Charges (Forward + Reverse).

    • 10% Packing Fee based on the product value.

4. Refunds

  • Inspection: Refunds are only issued once the product reaches our premises and passes inspection.

  • Timeline: Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days.


Alternate "Quick-View" Policy for Customers

Damaged or Missing Items? Send us an unboxing video within 48 hours. No video = No refund.

Changed your mind? We accept returns of unused items in original packaging. You pay return shipping. Note: Custom prints are final sale.

Refusing a delivery? A 10% restocking fee plus double shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

When will I get my money? Within 7 days of us receiving and verifying your return.
